Went to college and universities in United Kingdom where she obtained here degrees. HER EDUCATION & AFFILIATION: Her Excellency Ambassador Donna Blake is a certified Christian Counsellor, has a Certificate in International Chaplaincy, a Diploma in Protocol and Diplomatic training, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Plymouth University and studied MBA in International Business and Marketing at University of Cardiff with emphasis in Business Management and a Master’s in Theology.
